C'est un grand moment historique et définitivement l'un des évènements les plus marquants de ma carrière...

15 years ago, my first album was coming out. All written, composed and produced by myself in my actual bedroom. Now, with all these years of music production behind me, I've completely reworked these songs, using the original recordings. I gave myself a challenge of 15 days to re-mix the tracks, and remastered the result. Some songs just have a much better sound while others have transformed quite a bit with the add of new synths, some changes in their structures, etc.

"Bedroom Sessions 2.0" is making its big 15th anniversary return online on October 29th! Expect a few singles and remixes to be released until then.
For the occasion I've revisited all of the songs mixes and upgraded them to 2021 with all the producing experience I acquired working on my last albums. All the visual of these upcoming releases is also quite outstanding, focussed on artwork created around the original album release date with photographer Sylvain Blais and artistic retoucher Ewa Bilinska. Montrealers, join me at 7049 St-Urbain on Saturday August 7th and Saturday August 21st from 1 to 4 pm as I will be performing two 3-hour live art performances at Centre Never Apart, part of House of Pride's Ballroom Boudoir's exhibit!
Perfect timing to come experience our installation as I will be bringing alive this intimate space, "playing dress-up" and sharing with the audience a piece of what it is like to be alone backstage before and after a live show. Its free!

As I was finalizing three different versions for my queer collective House of Pride and Loleatta Holloway's "Queer Nation (The Remixes)" album release in June, I worked my "FRIGID in 1987 Remix" in a matter of hours. I love that remix! Now, the Extended version of this track is coming out on Friday August 6th with a fantastic cover shot by my friend Stephen LaReign Hues. This is THE ultimate version you want in your playlists!

Our "Ballroom Boudoir" exhibit just launched at Centre Never Apart, in Montreal, celebrating our queer collective 90s escapades through backstage, sexy intimate never-before-seen pictures photographed by house member Stephen LaReign Hues! I have directed and edited a fun projection video for the occasion, featuring over 130 animated pictures on an original soundtrack! I highly recommend visiting the exhibit in person every Saturday until September 25th from 12 to 5 pm at: 7049 St-Urbain.

New FRIGID remix coming out on June 18th...
I have produced the original "Queer Nation" LBGTQA+ anthem for my House of Pride family. Exploring my first steps into house music. You can hear the original RIGHT HERE. Featuring the incredible Miss Loleatta Holloway.
Now I've also remixed the track to give it more of an "Elektro-Punk" twist. The full remix EP is coming out on June 18th. So proud of this work!

Sometimes it takes us years to figure out what's best for us!
I've been cultivating the idea that my singer/songwriter/producer career needed to be separated from my DJ work. That said, both of these creative outlets bring a richness to the other...so why not totally embrace them both under the same roof!?
It's definitely more effective too.
